Bank reconciliation software

Bank reconciliation built for clean, reviewable books

LedgerPro brings bank and credit-card activity into a controlled accounting workflow. Review suggestions, match transfers between your own accounts, and reconcile to the statement without losing the audit trail.

Statement import today; bank feeds coming

Import CSV, OFX, QFX, and PDF statements for a practical path from bank activity to reviewed books. Direct bank feeds are not live yet — statement import is the supported way to bring activity in.

Transfer and duplicate controls

Identify likely transfers between your accounts and flag possible duplicate imports before they distort income or expenses.

Review before posting

Accept, adjust, split, or reject suggested categories so automation supports your judgment instead of silently changing the ledger.

Statement-to-ledger reconciliation

Compare cleared activity with the statement ending balance and retain the completed reconciliation for later review.

How it works

A clear path from activity to reviewed books

  1. 1Upload a supported bank or credit-card statement.
  2. 2Review duplicate, transfer, and category suggestions.
  3. 3Post approved transactions to the correct accounts.
  4. 4Complete the reconciliation against the statement balance.

Common questions

Which bank statement formats can LedgerPro import?

LedgerPro supports CSV, OFX, QFX, and PDF statement workflows for bank and credit-card accounts.

Does LedgerPro connect directly to my bank?

Not yet. Direct bank feeds are not live yet; today you import CSV, OFX, QFX, or PDF statements instead. Either way LedgerPro uses a review-first workflow — suggested categories and matches can be checked before transactions are posted to the books.
